 1.            Who is DermaBleach.com?

Dermableach.com is an online store with offices based in Denver, Colorado USA.  We seek to provide effective skin brightening /lightening and other health products to the general public at very affordable prices.

2.             How safe are your products

Our products do not contain any highly toxic elements.  They are completely free of Hydroquinone, Mercury, Steroids and other harmful chemicals.

3.             What is contained in your products?

Our products contain only naturally derived substances and herbal essences.

4.             Will my skin complexion turn into a white colour?

No.  Not at all, your complexion will brighten and lighten to bring up the lighter complexion underneath the next layer of your skin which is not damaged by the elements or from other chemical usage.

5.             I have suffered greatly from acne, now the acne is gone and I am left with marks.  Will your products work for me?

Yes, our products are designed with acne scars in mind.  All our skin lightening and brightening products work to erase acne scars, pigmentation, sunburn, pregnancy marks and all minor blemishes.

6.             My skin was damaged when I used Hydroquinone products in the past.  Can this be corrected?

Yes, to an extent, depending on the depth of damage to the Dermis, Epidermis and the Subcutanous layers of the skin.  In some instances where all the three layers are damaged, you may also require Bio-skinLas treatments in the salon.  You may call our London office on 0800 389 2363 for an appointment.

7.             Is it safe to use only a small amount of Hydroquinone?

If you can use non-hydroquinone products to achieve better results, why would you risk the damage Hydroquinone can cause your skin in future?  You can safely bleach your skin with our natural Dermableach products.

8.             Do I need to use your products together?

It is always advisable to use our products together for synergy, as they have been well researched for effectiveness.  We cannot guarantee that mixing with other products will produce the same good results.

9.             How long before I can see results?

Though our products have been well researched and very effective, we cannot guarantee a specific time frame when you will achieve lighter complexion.  Since all bodies are so different, it would be impossible for us to say ‘YOU WILL TURN COMPLETELY LIGHT IN SO MANY DAYS’.  No one can honestly say this, and if they do, turn the other way because they aren’t telling you the truth.  There is no way for us to know how long it will take for your body to react to our system.  As effective as our products are, we cannot promise a thing like that.

10.          Why did you say that SuperGlow will give lightening in 7 days?

Having said that in No 9, we have used the products ourselves and still use some of them, we have clients using them all the time and inform us of the health benefits not only the complexion enhancements.  We have left a lot of information on all the products which should not leave you in any doubt as to their effectiveness.

11.          Do you manufacture your own products?

No, we are distributors and re-sellers, thus it is important for us to do our own research by trying all the products we carry. 

12.          Why did you give so much detailed product information?  Some companies don’t.

Gone were the days when hydroquinone, steroids and mercury creams, lotions and soaps where dumped on the African continent and our women destroyed their skin complexion without proper education of the use of the products.  As a woman of colour and qualified certified Aestheticienne, Angel spent most of her time at her London clinic, giving advice on the harmful effects of hydroquinone and other chemicals used by some of our women, and treating their already damaged skin conditions.
