Shipping Next business day delivery is only available from our Clinic at Oxford Circus. The cost of postage is determined at the end of placing your order directly at the front desk. The order must be placed by 3pm Monday - Friday. Sales price is inclusive of UK taxes but exclusive of package and postage Online orders Orders usually arrive within 7-14 business days for in-stock items Standard delivery charges will apply. All packages sent via USPS. UPS delivery can be arranged if specified in your order Shipping and handling charges are determined by the product purchase amount of your order before any deductions. Customs and Import Duties Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Dermableach ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Returns Samples for most products are available for sale on our website. We urge you to order sample sizes for testing purposes. Please understand that due to the cosmetic bleaching nature of our products, all sales are final. Our cosmetic bleaching products are 100% guaranteed for quality assurance. Our Products are non-hydroquinone, no mercury and no steroids. We cannot accept returns on used products. Please order samples if you are unsure. Shipping problems, damaged goods, product defects must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of orders. The address information you provide to us is copied directly into our shipping software. Please check your order submissions carefully. We will not be held responsible for the inevitable consequences resulting from address, post/zip code and other shipping information errors made by the client. Items returned in perfectly new and re-sellable condition will be refunded in full as long as it is received here within 30 days of purchase. Refunds on purchases made with a credit/debit card will only be credited to the same card. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation. If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase, a return will be administered in the form of a product credit note redeemable with your next purchase. Unfortunately, you cannot return products bought through Dermableach.com to our beauty clinic. Products purchased through the Clinic should be returned to the Clinic: 6th Floor,9 Argyll Street,Oxford Circus, London W1F 7TQ for refund or exchange if they fall within our Return Policy. All returns must be issued a return authorization code or they will not be accepted. 25% restocking fee plus shipping will be charged on orders that have been refused or unclaimed as well as for clients requesting entire order returns. Returns received in poor condition, ie leaking, broken etc are not eligible for a refund. Please take care in packing items authorised for return. Park items for return in boxes not envelopes to ensure safe delivery. Email customerservice@dermableach.com for your authorisation code. Please provide the reason for the return and describe the condition of the product. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you have an exchange for the same Pound/Dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred. |
